Tea is a kind of popular drink at many countries on the world. Making and drink tea are different at every countries.
Vietnamese have style of making tea that is different with Indian’s style of making tea. We boil water, then water’s temp is 100 Celsius degrees. We will pour slowly water into tea-pot and cups. This step make our drinking tea-tools to be hot. We pour out this hot water, then pouring tea in tea-pot. The next step is that pour hot a little water into it, keep tea about 5 to 7 minutes, then pour this water. This step is used to make tea clean. Then we pour that hot water into tea pot again, and enjoy it.
And a special things should note. that giving cup of tea by two hands. This gesture show your respect to invited person.
